The Ribs&Company is a company that returns the innovative concept based on the traditional American "Smoked BBQ".

Smoked Barbecue is a cooking technique developed in the United States of America in an artisanal way and which consists in cooking meat using the smoke released by burning wood. This long and slow process leaves the meat tender and juicy where one of the most common characteristics of this process is to notice a pink line a few millimetres deep in the meat, a line known as the "Smoke Ring" and this is where the extraordinary smoky flavour so essential in a good smoked so essential in a good smoked BBQ.
